Ethereal Healing offers experiences that may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, energy healing, movement, Pilates, workshops, gatherings, and other wellness practices.
Participation in these activities is voluntary.
You understand that physical movement and wellness practices may involve inherent risks, including physical discomfort, emotional responses, fatigue, dizziness, muscle soreness, strains, falls, or other injury. Meditation, sound, breathwork, energy work, and similar practices may also produce unexpected physical, mental, or emotional experiences.
You are responsible for listening to your body, participating within your own abilities and comfort level, and discontinuing any activity that does not feel appropriate for you.
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently experienced an injury or surgery, or have any concern about whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Ethereal Healing services are intended for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

Release & Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by voluntarily participating in Ethereal Healing activities, you knowingly assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with your participation.
You agree to release and hold harmless Ethereal Healing, its owners, instructors, practitioners, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of your voluntary participation, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived or limited.

Personal Belongings
Ethereal Healing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto studio premises. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.
