Your journey begins by connecting with the group in a grounding meditation to root our collective energy, followed by an engaging Ayurvedic education session on seasonal herbal wellness. Next, we will gather to hand-craft personalized herbal teas in an interactive tea curation. We'll then engage in a centering yin yoga practice to release physical tension, culminating in an extended meditation and sound bowl session that leaves you deeply rested and reconnected—both to yourself and your surrounding community.
