A Yin & Vinyasa Yoga Experience

Join Sacred Spaces Yoga for a practice that invites you to slow down before you speed up.

Life often asks us to keep moving from one responsibility to the next, one conversation to another, one goal after the next. But some of our deepest clarity is found in the pause.

Between the Breath begins with a grounding Yin practice, offering time to settle into your body, soften areas of tension, and reconnect with your breath. From there, we'll transition into an intentional Vinyasa flow, carrying that awareness into movement with greater presence and ease.

Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy a balanced yoga practice, this class offers space to pause, breathe, and move with intention.

No matter where you are in your yoga journey, you are welcome here.

Intentional Vinyasa Flow: From stillness, we'll transition into a steady, accessible flow that builds warmth while encouraging mindful movement rather than rushing through poses.
